Returns:

• Due to the nature of our products (food items), we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Please include a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.

Refunds:

• If your order is eligible for a refund (such as a damaged or incorrect item), we will issue a refund to the original payment method after the return is processed.

• Please not, this may take up to or exceeding 15 days after you have been declared eligible for a refund.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will work with you to make things right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
