Processing Time:

• We aim to process and ship all orders within the week.

• We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays, so please keep that in mind!

International Shipping:

• Right now, we only ship within New Zealand. If you’re after something international, drop us a line!

Delays:

• Sometimes things happen (weather, traffic, all that fun stuff). If there’s a delay, we’ll do our best to keep you updated!

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

• If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, let us know ASAP, and we’ll make it right.
